Every lift sold by American AutoGear is covered by a manufacturer-backed warranty.

Coverage

12 months on all parts – hydraulic cylinder, power unit, motor and electronics.
3 years on structural components – posts, runways and cross members.

What is included

Covered parts that fail during normal use receive free replacement shipping. Installation and labor are not covered – customers handle replacement.

What is not covered

The warranty excludes damage from improper installation, overloading, accidents, misuse, unauthorized modification, or wear items. Installing your lift on a suitable concrete floor per the manual is required for coverage.

How to make a claim

Contact contact@americanautogear.com with your order number, model, and issue details/photos for coverage confirmation and replacement arrangement.
